GSA Contract

A GSA Contract, also known as a Federal Supply Schedule, is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ), long-term contract under the MAS Program. A GSA contract is a five year unfunded contract based on a particular company’s commercial discounting structure.

The Interlocal Purchasing System

TIPS is a national purchasing cooperative that offers access to competitively procured purchasing contracts to its membership. TIPS is housed at and managed by the Region 8 Education Service Center located in Pittsburg, Texas.

DIR’s Cooperative (Co-op) Contracts program is a streamlined cooperative purchasing program for state and local government, public education, and other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside the state.
