Solutions to issues that could happened after firmware updates:

1. Pass Scene is not working
   If your profile is not registered to Thermal machine, you will need to make sure unlock condition for guest is enabled.
   There are 2 ways to enable this:
   – In ARFaceManager, the unlock condition is located under “Panel Settings”, which is part of “Device Setting.”
   Please make sure you hit the “Set” button that’s closest to the unlock condition UI after you have enabled it.
   – In Web Console (accessed via http://[device URL]:8080), the unlock condition is located under “Access Condition”, which is part of “Algorithm.”

Getting to the preferred print size will require trial and error.

The following are suggested starting values to be used in CV Temperature app’s print size:

• • Receipt 2.25″x varied length – Height: 12, Width: 2
  • Dymo Large White Shipping Labels – Height: 2.3, Width: 4
  • Dymo White Address Label – Height: 2, Width 3.5
  • Zebra 3″x2″ Label – Height: 3, Width: 2.75
